with the 16 to 1 fours comp, with teams like swansea nd wen we had the rhondda side in would it be possible to put down a side from ammanford incase a space comes available on the day please.

oh Mr Joseph, nothing at all wrong with your photos, but quite honestly Cubicle 2 must have been photographed from every possible angle by now, so having photos of the guys actually throwing some darts might make a nice change.....lol.....

Thanks for keeping the league momentum going in the paper, we are really grateful to you, we will try and keep you as updated as possible with all the stats you require, if you need anything different to what you are getting just drop us a note on here.

We will take on board the photos, and i will take my Camera with me to the next prem and try and get the type of photos you require, mind you with the size on most of us on the committee, wide angled lenses might be a good idea.....ok guys only joking you know that.....;)   i am sure most of the guys will be only to happy to pose, Luggs has already been on the phone wanting to be first in line again......!!

On a serious note chaps, I have told Buzz that we need more darts photos and I definitely do NOT mean the presentation kind with Wayne's back or half naked pervs in them.

Can someone please try and get some side-on shots of guys actually throwing a dart? 

And when the winners are presented, can we just have them in the photo and whoever makes the presentation or even just the winner holding up the trophy?

Yep it was me lugs.  I wish I could say was I was bribed, but tbh it would be a lie, as all it took was 1 message on facebook (yes I can be bought that cheaply), but I have to say that Josey tried to put the blame for the original idea on a fellow committee member, but personally I think it was his idea, and he was trying to pass the blame ;)

After reshuffling the names , there are now 84 players registered.

My prediction is very early 70's - maybe 71, 72 or 73 which would be a new record.

We always have casualties but my opinion is based on reliability of the players involved.

I am still sorting the leagues out for Nic and stef to run on the day, so I'll pop him in the list at the bottom.

I'll put him down, but there are a few at present allthough around 20 allways seem to not turn up on the day so I'm sure there'll be a place.

What sort of league is he best suited for John.I can't promise to put him in there but I'd rather not have a mismatch if possible.

Just a reminder that I can't make the Bridgend prem, so won't be available for the committee meeting. If Stefon could grab some extra posters for me that would be great plz m8.

Josey have just sent you an email regarding the exhibition.

Have also just sent Ron the info for the Bridgend prem. With 83 currently showing as attending, it just goes to show that the league continues to go from strength, to strength.

I would just like to welcome the new members, and remind existing members that if they already know they can't attend, to please let us know, as it would make things a lot easier for Nicola, and Stefon on the day.

BRIDGEND PREMIER LEAGUE

There, at present,bearing in mind the ommisions as of late of players etc from our league, seem to be a staggering 83 applicants for the Bridgend Premier League.

I feel the league has hit a good level in regards to respect and harmony between players in the last Premier and allthough this league looks to be larger in numbers, I am sure we will have the same order.

83 has signed up for the league and even if 10 of them are no shows we seem to be on the right road forward in regards to numbers as we would be breaking the attendance record of 72 made in the 2008 Bridgend Summer League.

The record of 211 180's still stands from the Bridgend Winter Premier of this year as does the fantastic 180 record set by County Marksman Dale Hughes of a staggering 20 and also 12 in one day set in the same tournament.

The best leg of darts is still retained by Tony Davies and Mathew Martin with 10 darters and the maximum 170 out shot has been hit by too many players to name.

All the best to all attending and thanks for the increased support in this transisional time for our league by all involved.

Stefon and Nichola are really putting their mark on this league by chairing it and organising these venues and if we can have the same order for them as in the last we would be very appreciative.

As  Exhibition Organiser, I wish to go through proceedure,duties and detail for the forthcoming Peter Manley Exhibition on the 30th October, and Nichola knows this allready  as she has organised the tickets,posters etc for that day.
